Internal Coating System Overview

Internal coating protects the pipe bore from corrosion while improving flow efficiency. Complete internal coating plants include degreasing, preheating, internal grit blasting (achieving SA 2.5 / ISO 8501-1 surface preparation), spray application, and curing systems.

Coating options include liquid epoxy (75-100 microns for flow efficiency, up to 1000 microns for anti-corrosion), cement mortar lining, and internal FBE powder coating. Pipe size range: 2" to 140" diameter with throughput up to 1000 m²/hour.

All systems feature fully automated application for consistent coating quality, reduced pressure drop, and extended pipeline service life in water supply, oil and gas, industrial process, and municipal infrastructure applications.
