About Harve Ace

A fourth-generation entrepreneur with a heritage of business exposure, coming from a family which is a leader in tube and pipe plant equipment and project sales in India for over two decades.

Samruddhi was in touch with the business even while studying in the UK, making steel, tubes, and galvanising a familiar terrain. She has keen technical grasping skills and is sharp in contracts and commercial assessment.

After graduation in the UK, she returned to India and was associated with the family business. She then decided to embrace entrepreneurship and take on a global footprint, and thus HARVE ACE Consulting and Project Management LLC was born.

A fourth-generation entrepreneur of the Harve Family, Nalini holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Mumbai University and a Master's in Business and Marketing with first class honours from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne.

Her work experience in Australia gives her expertise in working with globally diverse teams and team building. She was introduced to the tube and pipe plant machinery industry since school.

Nalini accompanied her father to the Wire & Tube Exhibition in Dusseldorf, where she was introduced to leading industry owners from India, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Italy. She has avid experience in marketing, event management, consultancy, sustainability, and innovation.
